Frequently asked questions
Quick answers about our free advice, choosing a course or college, and enrolment.
Is the first consultation really free?
Yes. Your first consultation is free and there is no obligation – in our Sydney office, by phone or online. Book a time.
Can you help me choose a course or college?
Yes. We listen to your goals, study history and budget, then help you compare realistic options. You can also search our course finder or take the “Find my course” quiz.
How can I compare courses?
In the course finder, add courses to your shortlist (it is saved in your browser – no login needed) and tick up to three to compare them side by side. You can then send us one enquiry about your whole shortlist.
What is a CRICOS code?
CRICOS is the Commonwealth Register of Institutions and Courses for Overseas Students. Colleges and courses offered to international students are listed with a CRICOS code, which you can check on the official register at cricos.education.gov.au. Our directory shows the code for every college and course.
When can I start?
It depends on the course. Some English courses start any Monday; other colleges set their own commencement dates. Where a start date can be worked out from the college’s published rule, course pages show the next intake – otherwise ask us and we will check with the college.
Can I change course or college?
Often, yes – but check a few things first. Read our guide Changing course or college.
Do you help with enrolment?
Yes. We help you with the application, the documents and your offer from the college.
